Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, let's take a moment to just observe.
Close your eyes. Throw your shoulders down and back and now take a full, deep breath. Keep breathing as you imagine one area of your life in which you want to create space: whether it be your closet, your kitchen, a relationship and/or your body. Take a few minutes to experience how you want this area in your life to look like.
Now focus to how you want this place or person to make you feel.
Notice your breath. Notice any shifts or changes in your emotions, thoughts.
When you're ready, open your eyes.

There is a direct correlation between the space we hold in our physical spaces (house, car, possessions, etc.) and the space we hold in our mental and emotional spaces (mind & body).
​
By simply observing and recognizing what you own and how you feel is the first step in creating space physically, mentally and emotionally.
