Thank you workshop students!

Thank you to all who joined me Saturday for my "Creating Space" workshop as part of the Back At It - Fall Celebration at FORM Fitness. What a great crowd! I realized you can only talk about organizing for so long so the hour and a half was spent focusing more on breathing and a great yin practice. The clapping ovation at the end had me convinced that whatever we did you liked it ;)

If organizing had it's own type of yoga I am adamant Kundalini would be it. Breath of fire never disappoints and everyone needs a little more alternate nostril breathing in their life, right?! Simply sitting with our breath and clearing any stagnant energy does wonders for us physically and emotionally. There was such wonderful energy in the studio, I even felt relaxed and clear and I didn't do a single exercise!
