Follow along to guided meditations and yin yoga as we learn new breathing techniques and how to manage ourselves - physically and emotionally in stressful situations.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

Grab your teammates and let's flow. Recover after a big game and/or mentally prepare for your next match with mindful stretches, core work and myofascial release techniques.

YOGA FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS 

Whether it's a milestone birthday, bachelorette/bachelor party or just want to get the gang together - a group yoga class with all your favorite people is not only fun but good for you too!

JUST FLOW

Not a studio person and/or can't find a class that fits your schedule? No problem. Schedule a class that's just for you - style and timing wise.

Elizabeth Gotham is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)  and has taught over 750 classes in a studio and/or private setting to yogis of all ages, shapes and experience levels.
